| Pre-Ballet (ages 3 - 4) Students are exposed to the basic positions, rhythms, coordination and concepts of ballet in a fun, creative and focused learning environment. Students also enjoy dance-related activities and learn about the art of ballet by watching videos of inspiring dancers, listening to stories or drawing. |

| Beginning Ballet (ages 5 - 10) No experience needed. Students are exposed to the fundamentals of ballet, including how dancers dress and wear their hair for class as well as the importance of healthy nutrition. In order to achieve the beautiful posture of a dancer, students learn the concepts of stretching, abdominal control and coordination. They also learn the basic exercises that comprise a ballet barre and center floor work. Musicality, expressiveness, grace, focus and self-discipline are encouraged at all times. Students who stay for the full day participate in dance-related activities including other forms of dance, drama, music and how these are related to the art of being a dancer. |

| Intermediate Ballet (ages 7 years and up) Must have at least 2 years ballet experience. Three weeks are strongly encouraged. Students work in all five classical ballet positions of the body. All components that make up a basic ballet barre and center floor are taught and refined. Abdominal control, core strength and flexibility are developed. Students are encouraged to become more expressive as they cultivate their musicality and grace. Students also study anatomy, nutrition, and a different style of dance or art form each week, learning how to incorporate these into their artistry. |
